The studio is responsible for the content of this site. We check it carefully, but we are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to; responsibility for those rests with their operators.
4. Production partner
Pictures are produced by WireStyle, which has been winding thread pictures since 2016. The about page sets out who does what in the collaboration.
5. Hosting
Hosting provider and data centre location: to be confirmed. The configurator runs on a separate subdomain operated by our production partner. See the privacy policy for how data moves between them.
6. Images and copyright
All text, photography and the curve-stitch motif on this site are ours unless credited otherwise, and may not be reused without written permission. Customer photographs remain the property of the customer.
7. Dispute resolution
Consumer complaints can be raised with the UAE Ministry of Economy’s consumer protection service, or with the economic department of the emirate in which the order was placed. We are willing to take part in those proceedings, but we prefer that you write to us first — most problems are settled the same week.
