Picture
What is the picture made of?
An 18 mm birch panel, stainless nails and one continuous cotton thread, framed in black ash or natural oak.
Which photos work best?
Clear, high-contrast photos with one subject and plenty of light. Skip heavy filters. Send the original file, at least 1500 px wide.
Is every picture unique?
Yes. Each one is wound by hand, so the thread tension and small crossings differ every time.
How do I clean it?
Dust it with a dry brush or a hairdryer on cold. Never use water or cleaning fluid on the thread.

Configurator
Do I need an account to test a photo?
No. Upload, preview, and only create an account at checkout.
Is the preview what I get?
Yes. The preview is the path we wind. We also email a final proof before production starts.
What happens to my photo?
It is used only to produce your picture, and deleted 30 days after delivery. You keep all rights.

Shipping
How long does it take?
Production is 2–3 weeks, shipping 1–3 days. Ready-made pictures ship straight away.
Where do you ship?
Across the UAE with free shipping. GCC and international on request — ask the studio.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 48 hours. Every shipment is insured and we remake the piece at no cost.
Can I return a custom picture?
Custom pieces are made for you, so they fall outside standard returns. The 100% satisfaction guarantee still applies: we rework it or refund you.

Hanging
Is it ready to hang?
Yes. Hardware is mounted and a paper level guide is in the crate.
How heavy is it?
2.4 kg for 57 × 42 cm, 4.2 kg for 57 × 81 cm, 7.8 kg for 115 × 57 cm. A single wall plug is enough for the two smaller formats.
Where should it hang?
Anywhere dry, out of direct sun. Side light makes the thread depth read best.
