How it is packed
Foam corners, a rigid crate and a fitted sleeve over the thread face. Insured and tracked door to door.
If something goes wrong
Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We remake the picture at no cost.

Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes. Add a note at checkout and we hold the crate until your date, up to four weeks.
Do you deliver to a pickup point?
Only the 57 × 42 cm format. Larger crates need a door-to-door signature.
Is express production possible?
Sometimes. Ask the studio before ordering and we will tell you what is free in the schedule.
